To Create a Role

  1. Open the System Admin tab (View > System Administration).
  2. Click the Security icon .
  3. Select the Roles folder.

    The Role form opens for you to create, edit, or delete roles.

  4. Expand the Child Roles topic.
  5. Click in the next available field and enter a name for the new role.
  6. Save the new role by clicking the Save icon at the end of the row.
